Order Guidelines


  1. All next day breakfast orders should be received by phone, fax or email no later than 3pm the day before.

  2. All next day lunch orders should be received by phone, fax or email no later than 4pm the day before.

  3. Order Cancellations: 24 hours notice is required and must be received by phone or email. Some exceptions may apply.

  4. Delivery minimum is $75.00 per order, not including delivery charges & taxes.

  5. Delivery Fees are $15.00, on disposable trays, in the Toronto downtown core. A $30.00 delivery applies to food presented on ceramics. Deliveries outside of the downtown core will vary. Please inquire to confirm.

  6. All food items will be delivered on black catering trays/bowls and or white ceramic serving trays/bowls. Decadent ceramic ware will be picked up within 24 hours of delivery. A replacement charge will apply to any ceramic ware that is not returned. Please seperate all Decadent Ware to maintain inventory

  7. Eco-friendly disposables are available. Please inquire to confirm selection.

  8. Taxes are not included in pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice

  9. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Corporate Cheques, & Cash. Corporate accounts can be set up with approved credit.
